We are looking to train up a group of locals keen to learn more about how to manage different social media channels such as twitter, facebook, instagram et al and successfully create loyal audiences.
The course is for people of all ages and you will be sent an online questionnaire before the training date so that our tutor can determine your skill level and training needs to tailor the course accordingly.
· Understanding the social media landscape from a business perspective
· Social media strategy outline for your project
· Knowledge of useful tools and techniques for improving social media activity
We will also tell you a bit more about the Last Fisherman Standing project on the day, and aim for some of you to help us run our social media and website after completing this course.
The course is free of charge for participants and funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
Our tutor is Kerry Watkins from Social Brighton (www.socialbrighton.com)
